This Privacy Policy applies to all games and applications published by GLOWFALL LLC ("we", "us", "our"), including **Foxydoku** and any other titles we release (collectively, the "Games"). It explains what information is collected when you play our Games, how it is used, and the choices you have.
By downloading or playing any of our Games, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
## 1. Information We Collect
Our Games do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or other directly identifying information.
The following information is collected **automatically** by us or by the third-party services integrated into our Games:
- **Device information:** device model, operating system version, language, screen size, and general technical properties of your device.
- **Advertising identifiers:** your device's resettable advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS, where permitted).
- **Approximate location:** a coarse, non-precise location derived from your IP address (e.g., country or region). We do not collect precise GPS location.
- **Usage and gameplay data:** levels played, session length, in-game events, crashes, and general interaction data used to understand and improve gameplay.
- **Advertising interaction data:** impressions, clicks, and estimated ad revenue data related to the ads shown in the Games.
- **Attribution data:** information about which campaign or channel led to the installation of the Game.
## 2. Third-Party Services
Our Games use the following third-party services. Each of these services may collect and process data as described in its own privacy policy:

Through ad mediation, ads may be served by additional certified ad networks. These networks receive the data reasonably necessary to serve and measure ads (such as your advertising identifier and device information).
## 3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information to:
- serve advertisements, which keep our Games free to play;
- measure ad performance and estimated advertising revenue;
- understand how our Games are played so we can fix issues and improve them;
- measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns (attribution);
- maintain the security and stability of our Games.
We do **not** sell your personal information, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
## 4. Advertising and Your Choices
Our Games display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements.
- **Personalized ads:** Where required (for example, in the EEA/UK), you will be shown a consent dialog before personalized ads are served. You may decline, in which case non-personalized ads are shown instead.
- **iOS:** On Apple devices, ads are personalized only if you grant permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- **Opting out at any time:** You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or limit ad personalization, in your device settings:

- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
## 5. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process data on the following legal bases:
- **Consent** — for personalized advertising;
- **Legitimate interests** — for non-personalized advertising, analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, and improving our Games.
## 6. Children
Our Games are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where our Games are played by users identified as under the applicable age, only non-personalized, age-appropriate ads are requested. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
## 7. Data Retention
We retain automatically collected data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Data held by third-party services is retained according to their own policies (for example, Firebase Analytics data is retained for a limited period defined in our Firebase configuration).
## 8. Data Sharing
We share data only with the third-party service providers listed in Section 2, and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
## 9. International Transfers
The services we use may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. These providers rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.
## 10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Because we do not maintain user accounts, most data is keyed to your device's advertising identifier. Resetting this identifier in your device settings disconnects previously collected data from your device. For any request regarding your data, contact us at the address below and we will respond within the legally required timeframe.
**California residents (CCPA/CPRA):** We do not sell personal information in the conventional sense. To the extent the sharing of advertising identifiers with ad networks constitutes "sharing" under the CPRA, you can opt out via your device's ad settings described in Section 4.
## 11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data processed in connection with our Games. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
## 12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Games after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
